Your Blueprint is roughly 4-5 pages, designed for a non-clinician to read and understand. It includes a summary of what’s working (we lead with that), what needs attention in order of priority, how your systems are connected — drawn out visually — a timeline of what to expect at each phase, and your treatment options laid out clearly. We don’t bury the analysis in a forty-page PDF you’ll never read. Clear is the point.

How long does this take?

From your first scan to a finished Blueprint is typically 2-4 weeks, depending on which lab panels we order and how fast they come back. The free consult takes 30 minutes. A Lab Review appointment runs about an hour.

Do I need to be a current patient?

No. The scan tier (InBody, RMR, CMA) is open to the public. You don’t need a referral, an established patient relationship, or anything else.

What if I just want one scan and nothing else?

Do you take insurance?

How is this different from my primary care doctor’s labs?

Different scope, different interpretation. Most primary care labs check whether you’re sick. We check how your systems are running — including markers most insurance-driven labs don’t order, and using ranges tuned to optimal function, not just “not diseased.”

What if I don’t want the full 6-month program after my Blueprint?

Then it’s Self-Guided. You get the Blueprint, one follow-up at 12-16 weeks, and you run with it.
